TAX STATUS:
The rental price is without Croatian VAT and 13 % must be added at.
Charter fee includes:
- Accommodation on the yacht with all water equipment
- Service of 4 crew members (captain, chef, deckhand, hostess)
- Bed linen and towels
- Final cleaning
Extras:
- APA- 45% of the net charter fee
- Delivery/redelivery, if any
- Tourist tax
APA - amounts 40%-45% of the charter fee and is to be paid at least 4 weeks before the beginning of the charter period. With APA amount will be paid for all costs like fuel, marinas, food, beverages, and all other costs. Any unspent APA amount will be returned to the charterer by the captain at the end of the charter period. In the case that APA amount becomes insufficient the charterer will pay the missing difference directly to the captain.
