Follow these ten steps to ensure a smooth and hassle-free boat rental experience.

Step 2: Send an Enquiry
If you have specific dates, a preferred type of boat, or if you're completely open to options, send us an enquiry. Our team provides you with a list of available vessels that match your criteria. We will also answer any questions you might have regarding the charter process, pricing, and other essential details.
Step 3: Complete Your Booking Online
Once you've decided on a boat, you can complete your booking online quickly and conveniently. During the booking process, you'll have the opportunity to select and pay in advance for additional services and equipment, such as water sports gear. If you're undecided about optional extras, don’t worry—you can always arrange these later by contacting us directly or at our base office.
Step 4: Receive and Return Documentation
After confirming your boat selection or completing the online booking, we will send you all the necessary documentation. This includes the charter contract, general terms and conditions, and a cost estimation. You'll need to return the signed documents along with a copy of your payment confirmation within seven days if you didn't book online. The initial payment is 50% of the total amount upon receiving the booking confirmation, with the remaining 50% due 4-6 weeks before your check-in date. Note that all bank transfer costs are your responsibility.
Step 5: Payment Confirmation
Once we receive the signed documents and payment, we will issue an invoice confirming the receipt of your payment and securing your booking. This step finalizes your reservation, giving you peace of mind as you prepare for your upcoming trip.
Step 6: Complete the Crew List
A few weeks before your departure, we will send you a link to complete the crew list. This official document requires the names, dates of birth, nationalities, and personal identification or passport numbers of all crew members who will be on board. The crew list is mandatory and must be presented during the check-in process and throughout your charter period.
Step 7: Submit Skipper Documentation
If you are the skipper, you must provide a copy of your valid license and a VHF radio certificate, as required by Maritime Law. It’s essential to have these original documents with you during your yachting experience. Upon arrival at our charter base, you may be asked to present these licenses for verification.
Step 8: Provide Arrival Details
For efficient organization and communication, please share your mobile phone number, exact time of arrival at our base, and any additional details that will make your check-in process easier. This information is crucial, especially if you require extra services such as airport transfers, or special equipment.
Step 9: Final Preparations
With the booking process complete, all that remains is to look forward to your yacht charter experience.
